Mobile coverage (your PitPat)

Your PitPat GPS Tracker needs to contact us every few minutes to send us your pet's activity data, and to check if you've asked to start live-tracking their location. We call this, "phoning home".

To do that, your PitPat uses its own mobile connection. You don't have to provide a SIM or pay for a data plan. It's all built-in and included!

You can also check what signal strength your PitPat is receiving in our app. Just go to the LOCATION tab and look for the signal bars.
