Mobile coverage (your PitPat)

Your PitPat GPS Tracker needs to contact us every few minutes to send us your pet's activity data, and to check if you've asked to start live-tracking their location. We call this, "phoning home".

To phone home, your PitPat uses its own mobile data connection. But don't worry. You don't have to provide a SIM or pay separately for a mobile data plan. It's all built-in and included!

Your PitPat will automatically roam onto the best network it can use, and you can check what network that is in our app. Just go to the LOCATION tab and look in the Network quality panel.
