If you order your PitPat direct from us or through one of our partners it will be sent to you through the post or with another courier. When it's delivered, your PitPat may arrive through your door unexpectedly, without needing to be signed for, including when you're not at home.
We take great care to design robust products and packaging that can withstand their normal intended use, but it's not possible to design them to be completely dog-proof.
PitPat devices contain batteries and other things that could be very harmful if chewed or swallowed by an animal, so therefore:
