Notifications

Sometimes, you need to know things even if you're not in the PitPat app at the time.

We'll send you an immediate notification directly onto the home screen of your phone if any of these things happen:

• Your GPS Tracker's battery is running low.

• Your GPS Tracker stays out of network coverage for an extended time.

• Your Activity Monitor data has not been fetched for a while.

• Your dog meets their daily exercise goal.

• Your dog wins a badge.

• Your dog's tier changes (if they're in PitPat LIFE™).

We may add other notifications in the future.

Whenever you receive a notification, you can tap on it to launch the PitPat app, which will explain in more detail what the notification is about.
