How to replace your battery

When it comes time to replace your PitPat Activity Monitor's battery, follow these steps:

1. Fetch data from your PitPat just before you replace the battery. (If you don't, you risk losing any data on your PitPat that's not yet been fetched.

2. Remove your PitPat from your pet's collar and unthread the strap.

3. Open the battery cover using a coin to turn it anti-clockwise.

4. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032 coin cell battery. You can buy a battery in many shops, online or from our website.

5. Replace the battery cover, re-thread the strap and attach your PitPat back onto your pet's collar.

6. Make sure you dispose of the old battery safely and in accordance with local laws where you live.

7. Job done!
