How do I swap PitPat devices?
You may want to swap the PitPat that's on your dog for different one, perhaps because you've bought a new one, upgraded to later model, or been sent a replacement by us.
As well as physically swapping the devices on your dog's collar, you need to let our app know that you'll be using a different device on your dog from now on.
