How do I change units?

Our app supports both metric and imperial (US customary) units, 12-hour and 24-hour (military) time, and dates in day-first or month-first format.

You can freely choose any combination of these units from your user account in our app. This means that your choice will be applied to all your pets, but that different co-owners of the same pets can choose different units if they want.

To make your choice, just tap on the app MENU, then on Manage my account. Scroll down to PREFERRED UNITS and tap on that panel.
