No chewing!
Our wearable devices contain batteries and other components that can be very harmful to pets, people and property if they are exposed or damaged.
We build our devices to be tough, but they're not completely pet-proof – nothing could be. Animals have very strong teeth and jaws!
Whenever your pet is wearing their PitPat, please make sure that other animals don't play with, chew or attack it.
When your PitPat is not being worn (including if you're charging it), keep it completely out of reach of your pet, other animals and children.
